Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology
About The Position
Seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) for a 13-week assignment working variable 40-hour schedules supporting a high-acuity Neuro IR Stroke Team environment. This role is based in a Level II Trauma and Primary Stroke Center and requires strong ICU and procedural experience. The IR RN will provide specialized patient care during neuro-interventional and vascular procedures while managing critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. Candidates must be experienced in high-acuity critical care settings and comfortable working in a fast-paced procedural environment with rotating call responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
- IR-only experience will not be accepted.
- Previous travel experience required — first-time travelers not accepted.
- Active RN License required.
- BLS Certification required.
- ACLS Certification required.
- NIHSS Certification required.
- Experience with ventilators, vasoactive drips, arterial lines, chest tubes, and critical care monitoring required.
- Epic charting experience required.
- Must live 100+ miles from facility.
- Permanent staff must be separated from facility for 1 year before returning as travelers.

- Epic Cupid experience preferred.
