About The Position

Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units, adapting quickly to diverse patient populations and clinical environments. Implement and monitor individualized care plans, accurately documenting and communicating patient status to support safe, effective care. Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and address unit-specific needs.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One year acute care experience
