As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you’ll provide exceptional, patient-centered care while supporting multiple departments throughout our health system. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled interdisciplinary teams, expand your clinical expertise, and make a meaningful impact wherever your skills are needed. Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team. Delegates tasks appropriately. Identifies hospital resources. Serves as a clinical resource for new employees. Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department. We believe in work/life balance. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse
  • 1 year of applicable experience
  • Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
  • Associate Degree
