About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience and possess strong clinical skills. This role requires adherence to holiday work schedules, including working two major holidays and one minor holiday as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience.
• AHA BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system.
• General Medical-Surgical ICU experience.

Nice To Haves

• CCRN certification.
• NIHSS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, responding to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Work required holidays, including two major holidays and one minor holiday.
