About The Position

HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Critical Care (ICU) unit. Ideal candidates are patient-focused, mission-driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. New grads are welcomed to apply. The position is full-time, 36 hours per week, with night shifts (7p-7a) and requires working every third weekend. The role is located at St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan, WI. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is available. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are required based on the patient population in the specialty area worked.

Nice To Haves

  • Critical Care Nursing experience.
  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing.
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), and Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
