About The Position
Espirita has a new opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse with a focus on Progressive Care. This role is looking for a Registered Nurse to join a respected healthcare facility in North Carolina. This long-term placement offers international nurses the opportunity to advance their clinical skills while working in a fast-paced, high-acuity PCU environment with full relocation and onboarding support. Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- NCLEX-RN passed or in progress
- Minimum 12 months recent acute care PCU or Step-Down experience
- English language proficiency
- Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and titrate drips as ordered
- Perform frequent assessments and implement targeted care plans
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Provide specialized care for post-operative, cardiac, respiratory, and step-down patients
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
