Registered Nurse Inpatient
About The Position
The Inpatient Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, skilled nursing services to hospitalized patients, supporting their health and functional recovery. The role includes assessing patient needs, administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions. The nurse collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and prepares patients and families for discharge to home or another setting for continued care. Success requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Requirements
- Current Washington State RN license.
- One or more years of recent RN experience with acute care patients.
- CPR certification every two years or as specified by the work.
- BLS certification upon hire.
- Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
