About The Position
Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for their Inpatient Surgical unit, working nights. This role involves performing a competent level of nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for admitting patients, conducting rounding checks, administering medications, communicating with family members, and overseeing the overall care of patients. The position emphasizes teamwork and a commitment to Sentara's values of People, Quality, Patient Safety, Service, and Integrity. The hospital is a Certified Primary Stroke Center with 145 licensed beds and has achieved Magnet® recognition for nursing excellence. Requirements
- RN Degree: RN Diploma, ADN, BSN or MSN
- RN License valid to work in the State of Virginia
- BLS within 90 days of hire (for Direct Care RN's)
