About The Position

The Inpatient Supervisor provides day-to-day clinical, operational, and personnel leadership across Inpatient Services. The position may have a primary assignment in the Cellular Therapy unit or the acuity-adaptable unit, while providing leadership coverage across inpatient areas and patient populations, including cellular therapy, hematology, oncology, and medical-surgical patients. The Supervisor supports patients with varying levels of acuity and complexity and may intermittently assume a direct patient care assignment within the scope of licensure and validated clinical competency. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Inpatient Services, the Supervisor serves as a visible clinical and administrative resource for patients, families, nurses, support staff, providers, and interdisciplinary partners. The role coordinates patient flow and staffing, reinforces clinical standards, develops team members, promotes regulatory readiness, and supports a high-reliability culture focused on safety, quality, inclusion, accountability, and patient experience. The Supervisor may provide direct patient care within the scope of licensure and validated competency and act on behalf of inpatient leadership when delegated.
