Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
Responsibilities
- Lead precision infusion care by expertly administering IV medications and therapies while prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
- Master vascular access by skillfully managing peripheral IVs and central lines to ensure a seamless and painless treatment experience.
- Monitor and advocate for patient well-being, identifying subtle clinical changes and taking proactive steps to ensure successful outcomes.
- Guide the patient journey by coordinating with the healthcare team and providing clear, empathetic education on treatment plans and discharge care.
