Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU
About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Paoli Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to patients within a 20-bed unit. You will be responsible for caring for the Intensive Care (ICU) patient population, including Level 2 Trauma ICU patients. This role offers opportunities for career development through certifications and advanced nursing degrees, with a Tuition Reimbursement Program providing up to $6,000 annually. You can also get involved in hospital and system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- One year of recent Stepdown, ICU, and/or ED Nurse experience required.
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
- ACLS preferred.
Responsibilities
