About The Position
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Registered Nurse position in our Intensive Care Unit in Hamilton, Montana. The role involves providing professional nursing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum. Responsibilities include evaluating the nursing process, documenting findings in the EMR, directing patient care activities, collaborating with ancillary staff, and communicating with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions. The position also requires participation in quality and performance improvement projects.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN or ADN.
- Current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations.
- License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- ACLS and PALS required.
- STABLE within two years of hire.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills required.
- RN Residency Program or two years of RN experience.
