About The Position
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Registered Nurse position in our Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing professional nursing care to patients with various acuity across the age spectrum. The Registered Nurse will evaluate the nursing process, document findings in the EMR, direct patient care activities, collaborate with ancillary staff, and communicate with providers and co-workers regarding patient conditions. Participation in quality and performance improvement projects is also expected.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing BSN or ADN.
- Current Montana or compact license per Montana Board of Nursing Regulations.
- License in good standing without disciplinary action or investigation.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- ACLS and PALS required.
- STABLE certification within two years of hire.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer skills required.
- RN Residency Program or two years of RN experience.
