About The Position

Each offers a wide range of healthcare services, including inpatient medical services, emergency room services, surgical services, imaging services, laboratory diagnostic services, primary care, infusion services, and women’s health.
Requirements
- Current and valid Wyoming RN License or compact equivalent
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Current ACLS certification through American Heart Association
- Current PALS or ENPC certification through American Heart Association or required within 90 days of hire or transfer into department
- Current TNCC or within 1 year of initial hire
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 2+ years Critical Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct high-level nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Responsible for monitoring life support equipment, attending to wounds, responding to changing patient conditions and providing advanced life support.
- Assesses, plans and evaluates patient care needs.
- Administers prescribed medications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors vital signs.
- Carries out physician orders and clarifies, educates and instructs patients and families of them as needed.
- Monitors, records and communicates patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
- Assesses and coordinates patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
