About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - ICU/ED/MSU for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Defiance, AZ. The role involves monitoring and evaluating patient progress, administering treatments, identifying and reacting to changes in patient condition, maintaining patient records, and completing necessary paperwork for patient transfers. The nurse reports daily to the House Supervisor and must be flexible to be assigned to specific units. Business casual or scrubs are acceptable attire.

Requirements

3 plus years of experience, including experience in Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics, and Intensive Critical Care
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation certifications (Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility)
Must have ACLS and PALS certifications
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail
Strong professionalism and reliability
Pass a drug screen and background check
Complete additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
