About The Position

Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse - ICU/ED/MSU for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Defiance, AZ. This role involves monitoring and evaluating patient progress, administering treatments, identifying and reacting to changes in patient condition, maintaining patient records, and completing necessary paperwork for patient transfers. The nurse reports daily to the House Supervisor for assignment to a specific unit and must be flexible with shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

3 plus years experience (experience MUST include all three Emergency, Medical-Surgical/Pediatrics and Intensive Critical Care)
American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Moderate Sedation certifications (Moderate Conscious Sedation may be obtained through the facility after confirmation ($100 - $200))
Must have ACLS and PALS certifications.
Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association during employment
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Drug screen and background check (facility required)
Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
