Olympic Health and Recovery Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our interdisciplinary team! The Homeless Outreach Stabilization and Transition (HOST) Program Registered Nurse (RN) is a field based position responsible for providing trauma informed, low barrier nursing care to individuals experiencing homelessness. This role functions entirely in the community, meeting people where they are, including sanctioned and unsanctioned encampments, wooded areas, shelters, vehicles, and public spaces. The RN must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and across varied terrain while delivering high quality, equitable care. The RN provides wound care, chronic condition support, medication management, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination. This position supports individuals with complex behavioral health, physical health, and substance use needs, helping stabilize participants, reduce barriers, and promote engagement with medical, behavioral health, and social service systems. This role works closely with HOST behavioral health staff, medical providers, and community partners to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.
