As a House Supervisor, you will provide after-hours leadership, serve as a clinical resource for staff, assist with patient care as needed, and support the overall quality of care across the facility. This role reports to the Senior/Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call. As House Supervisor, you are the after-hours nursing leader for the facility, helping coordinate patient flow, staffing resources, and clinical support across departments. You’ll collaborate with providers and leaders on call, respond to escalations, and help ensure a safe, high-quality patient experience for all ages.
