About The Position
Baptist Health is hiring a Registered Nurse, House Supervisor to join our team at Baptist Nassau in Fernandina Beach, FL. This is a Part-time day shift opportunity. The House Supervisor plays a key leadership role in hospital operations, ensuring safe staffing, patient flow, and clinical support across departments. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse leader with strong decision-making and operational expertise. ADON responsibilities include, bed placement, crisis management, Resource level knowledge of organ/tissue policy and procedure • Working knowledge of staffing minimums and assist in staffing coordination for the adult hospital • Clinically proficient, active participant of the Code Team. Primary Location: Nassau - Main Building
Requirements
- 5+ years Supervisory Experience
- Associate of Science in Nursing
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
