Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. They provide evidence-based treatment for behavioral health issues to adults, youth, and seniors, operating as a Trauma-Informed Care Organization. The Homeless Outreach Stabilization Team (HOST) is a multi-disciplinary team that works in the community to provide services such as substance abuse treatment, medical services, rehabilitative support, case management, and peer support to homeless individuals with behavioral health challenges who have not benefited from traditional outpatient programs.
