About The Position

Hartford HealthCare at Home is growing and seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Baylor Homecare RN position. This is a 24-hour position, paid for 40 hours, covering either Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, Monday. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes and community-based settings, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and outcome-based care within a person-centered model. The RN will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a license to practice in the State of CT.
• Graduate of an Associate's or diploma program in nursing.
• One year nursing experience or one year nursing experience in a specialty; medical/surgery or home care, preferred.
• Computer Skills preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of NLN approved BSN program, preferred.
• Medical/surgery or home care experience, preferred.
