About The Position

Hartford HealthCare at Home is growing and seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a Baylor Homecare RN position. This is a 24-hour position, paid for 40 hours, providing skilled services to patients in their homes and community-based settings. The role focuses on delivering outcome-based, high-quality, cost-effective care within a person-centered care model. The Registered Nurse will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a license to practice in the State of CT.
• Graduate of an Associate's or diploma program in nursing.
• One year nursing experience.

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of NLN approved BSN program.
• One year nursing experience in a specialty; medical/surgery or home care.
• Computer Skills.
