About The Position
Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) Mercy Home Health Make a meaningful impact—one patient at a time. As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Mercy Home Health, you’ll bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. You’ll use advanced tools, your clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive. This position is based out of Nazareth Hospital and will support Northeast Philadelphia.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license in the State of Ohio
- At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience preferably in Home Health
- Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients in their homes.
- Utilize advanced tools and clinical expertise to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive.
- Provide one-on-one, relationship-driven care.
- Perform charting and communication using the Epic EMR System.
