About The Position

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide skilled care to patients who require intermittent professional services in their homes. The nurse teaches patients, families, and other members of the health care team and performs services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. The role requires a current state nursing license, qualifying education and experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel safely to patients using dependable transportation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where the nurse practices.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operating a mobile device.
• Valid state driver license.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider.

Nice To Haves

• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.
