Requirements
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Mississippi RN license
- CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily team schedules and staffing
- Supervise all aspects of patient care
- Schedule PRN personnel, SAVs, and aide supervision
- Communicate patient changes to physicians and team members
- Document accurately per policy; update charts and routing files
- Participate in evaluations and staff education
