About The Position

Sentara Health is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a PRN (flexible hours) position at Sentara Home Care Services in Williamsburg, VA, requiring travel within a 40-mile radius. The role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating plans of care for specific patient populations, and managing a patient caseload through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. The nurse must possess clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards required by specific clinical areas. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire, and a valid RN license in the state(s) of practice is mandatory. Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • Active RN license in Virginia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • 1 year of nursing experience
