About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse in the Endoscopy GI department at Columbia St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. The position is PRN with a day shift schedule. The nurse will be responsible for implementing and monitoring physician and nursing orders, tracking and communicating changes in patient condition, coordinating care across healthcare teams, and assessing and coordinating patient discharge needs.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of Endoscopy or GI experience preferred.
