About The Position
Under the direction of the Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to urban and rural Home Care clients. The facility is Primary Health Care Services, with work location at Primary Health Care Networks. The home base for this position is 204 Wascana St. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment. Requirements
- Current registration with CRNS
- Current BCLS certification
- Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle available for work
- Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience
