Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. It will be desirable if you possess a knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques involved in performing nursing services relating to the care of patients in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This knowledge is commonly obtained through previous experience in neonatal intensive care nursing or completion of a post graduate course in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing.
