About The Position

The Registered Nurse is responsible for promoting the Mission, Vision and Values of the Saskatchewan Health Authority through provision of safe quality nursing care to clients. The Registered Nurse is responsible to the Manager of a designated area.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
• Basic Professional Assault Response Training Certificate (PART)
• Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
• Computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team member
• Demonstrated understanding of scope of practice of individuals supervised
• Possess effective communication skills & ability to relate to all individuals
• Ability to delegate appropriately.
• Ability to organize work load demands
• Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

Nice To Haves

• Recent critical care experience desired.
• Nursing diploma is acceptable
