About The Position

Under the direction of the Home Care Home First Manager, the Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for providing nursing services in patients' homes. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to assess patient needs, establish care priorities, and develop care standards. The nurse will also participate in educational programs and performance evaluations, promote positive public relations, and contribute to studies and research projects within the Home Care Program as needed. Requirements

  • Two (2) years recent community nursing experience/broad generalist background
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Ability to travel within the region and provincially
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)

Responsibilities
