Under the direction of the Manager of Nursing, the RN will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the intensive care unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Critical Care Nursing certificate (CCN)
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Unqualified candidates must be willing to take the Critical Care Nursing (CCN) training in a specified time.
- Equivalent critical care experience may be considered
Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the intensive care unit.
