This position is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual client care and for the overall provision of total client care within the Chronic Resident Unit at Dinsmore Health Care Centre.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or Nursing diploma.
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP).
- Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).
- Registered/eligible with College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of SK - CRPNS.
- Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
- Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
