This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The role requires active participation in a model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology, and patient family-centered care. The incumbent is responsible for promoting the organizational mission, vision, and values by providing safe, quality nursing care to clients.
