About The Position

This role is for a Registered Nurse Float at All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. The position is full-time and operates on a day shift schedule. The nurse will deliver compassionate, high-quality direct patient care adhering to best practices and organizational protocols. They will coordinate patient services across clinical disciplines, acting as a liaison for seamless care and optimal patient outcomes. The role involves managing the patient's care journey, documenting progress, and communicating updates to the multidisciplinary team. Additionally, the nurse will execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly to advance patient treatment plans.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly to ensure the timely advancement of patient treatment plans.
