About The Position

Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct nursing care that places patient comfort and clinical excellence at the forefront of every interaction. Manage the patient’s complete care journey, meticulously documenting clinical progress, promptly executing physician and nursing orders, and providing critical updates to the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care. Coordinate care across all clinical disciplines, acting as the primary advocate and liaison to guarantee well-integrated, holistic services that lead to optimal patient outcomes. Assess ongoing patient needs in real-time, proactively collaborating with the broader healthcare team to adjust treatment plans and ensure a safe, efficient, and successful transition through their recovery.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Nice To Haves

Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
