About The Position

This role involves delivering expert-level nursing care across high-acuity environments, including ICU, ED, and Telemetry. The nurse will adapt to diverse patient populations, implement and monitor complex care plans, and execute physician orders with precision and clinical autonomy. A key aspect of the role is serving as a critical link in patient safety by monitoring, recording, and communicating rapid changes in patient condition, leveraging specialty expertise to assess needs and ensure interventions align with evidence-based practice. The nurse will also act as a central coordinator for the healthcare team, bridging gaps between disciplines to ensure seamless patient transitions.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
1 year nursing experience in the ED and ICU.
