Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Dialysis experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Implement and track customized, evidence-based patient care plans.
- Record and communicate real-time condition changes to the care team.
- Coordinate all disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care.
- Precisely carry out physician and nursing directives with clinical accuracy.
- Partner with the health-care team to evaluate and manage total patient care needs.
