Registered Nurse - Acute Dialysis Float RN

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (MN)
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Reliable transportation to travel between the assigned hospital locations
- Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred
- Prior experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg is a huge plus!
- CNN/CDN certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
- Monitor patients, adjust treatments in real-time, and ensure top-quality outcomes.
- Work closely with hospital teams, DaVita clinical staff, and oversee patient care with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
- Adapt quickly and confidently in high-acuity, ever-changing hospital environments as you travel between our partner facilities.
