About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Current Minnesota RN License required
- BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
Nice To Haves
- BSN or MSN preferred
- Previous nursing experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, consistent coverage to ill calls and high census points.
- Ensure patients receive the care they deserve.
- Support staff in providing high-level care.
- Adapt to different patient care settings and unit needs.
- Continuously learn and develop new clinical skills.
