About The Position
CentraCare invites passionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will work in various units across the hospital. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
- Current Minnesota RN License required.
- BSN or higher required within 36 months of being hired.
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- Previous nursing experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work in various units across the hospital.
- Provide high quality, consistent coverage to ill calls and high census points.
- Ensure patients receive the care they deserve.
- Support staff in providing high-level care.
- Adapt to different patient care settings and challenges.
