Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the patient journey by implementing, monitoring, and adapting comprehensive care plans, ensuring the highest level of direct nursing care.
Serve as the central coordinator, connecting and guiding all clinical disciplines to ensure patient care is seamless, efficient, and well-coordinated.
Execute and meticulously document physician and nursing orders while constantly monitoring and communicating the patient's condition to the care team.
Conduct thorough patient assessments and collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to proactively meet all of the patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
