About The Position

This PRN Field Assessor role involves completing Long Term Care insurance assessments. These hands-off assessments require the collection of claimant demographics, physician information, and a current medication list. The role also involves evaluating the claimant’s functional level of independence, completing a brief cognitive screening, and assessing their ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and proficient in using a point-of-care web application/system on a laptop or tablet for real-time documentation. Requirements

Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice
Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
Current CPR certification
Demonstrated ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
