This position offers a $2,000 (1 year stay-on agreement) or $4,000 (2 year stay-on agreement) Sign On Bonus with the agency, provided upon completion of a probationary period. The role involves providing integrated behavioral and physical healthcare, managing medication, assessing and coordinating physical/medical care, and delivering direct services within Families Forward Crisis Services. This includes medical triage for youth with Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED), substance use disorders, and Developmental Disabilities entering crisis services. Responsibilities may include administering prescribed drugs, providing general nursing care, and medical support. Additional duties can involve admissions screening, serving as an agency liaison, crisis intervention, case management, patient education, and supporting the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). Future responsibilities may include providing backup for adults with severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and Developmental Disabilities in crisis. The role requires fulfilling CMHA-CEI’s mission, policies, and procedures.
