Administers direct nursing care across pre-procedure preparation, intra-procedure moderate sedation monitoring, and PACU recovery in strict accordance with hospital policies and procedural protocols. Serves as the primary clinical hub coordinating physicians, anesthesia, pathology, and support staff to carry out orders, process specimens, and maintain seamless procedural workflows. Continuously monitors and documents patient status, communicates critical updates via SBAR, and evaluates post-sedation discharge readiness to ensure safe patient handoffs and clear home-care education.
