About The Position
Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join our growing team at our Lansing Surgery Center facility. If you're looking to transition from the demands of traditional hospital nursing while continuing to provide exceptional patient care, our outpatient endoscopy center offers the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled physicians in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience.
Requirements
- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical or hospital nursing experience required
- Current CPR certification
- Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and identify healthcare needs
- Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery
- Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience
