Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time ofhire.

Responsibilities

Manage on-call availability and requirements to ensure continuous, responsive coverage and seamless patient care delivery.
Deliver and monitor comprehensive patient care by implementing care plans, assessing discharge needs, and executing physician and nursing orders in accordance with organizational protocols.
Track and communicate patient status, accurately recording changes in condition and reporting updates to the appropriate healthcare team members.
Serve as the primary care coordinator, collaborating across all medical disciplines to ensure well-integrated and efficient patient outcomes.
