About The Position

This role involves direct patient care and care planning within the Endoscopy specialty. The nurse will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, assessing patient needs, executing physician orders, implementing care plans, and monitoring patient conditions. Additionally, the nurse will act as a primary coordinator across healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless, holistic patient care and facilitate efficient discharge planning.

Requirements

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or jobtransfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care following organizational protocols—assessing patient needs, executing physician orders, implementing care plans, and closely monitoring and documenting changes in condition.
Act as the primary coordinator across healthcare disciplines to deliver seamless, holistic patient care and facilitate efficient discharge planning with the full care team.
