About The Position
As a nurse in Endoscopy at the Central Vermont Medical Center you would be working in all phases of care including hands on assisting in 2-3 procedure rooms. In addition to endoscopies you would be assisting with in room sedation, bronchoscopies, transesophageal echoes, paracentesis and capsule endoscopies. You would provide compassionate care and assist the patient from pre-procedure through to discharge from recovery.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license.
- Experience in Endoscopy.
- Ability to assist in procedure rooms.
- Ability to assist with in-room sedation.
- Ability to assist with various procedures including bronchoscopies, transesophageal echoes, paracentesis, and capsule endoscopies.
- Ability to provide compassionate care.
- Ability to manage patient care from pre-procedure to discharge.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
Responsibilities

- Rotating on-call duties Monday-Friday from 6pm-8pm.
