About The Position

The Registered Nurse in this role will support a combination of Endocrine specialty practices, with a primary focus in the Pituitary Gonadal Adrenal (PGA) practice and scheduled support in the Endocrine Testing Center (ETC), based on patient care needs and staffing resources. The majority of this role is dedicated to the PGA practice, where the RN provides comprehensive care management for patients with complex endocrine conditions. Responsibilities include patient education for specialized treatment plans, pre-visit planning, order management, and active in-basket management. The RN plays a key role in care coordination and collaborates closely with providers and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and high-quality patient-centered care. A portion of this role includes support in the Endocrine Testing Center (ETC), a non-resulting provocative studies testing center that performs complex endocrine diagnostics, including pituitary and growth hormone evaluation and gestational diabetes testing for both pediatric and adult populations. In this setting, the RN is responsible for coordinating and performing specialized testing, supporting patient flow, and ensuring safe and efficient care delivery throughout the testing experience. This position may also provide cross-coverage to additional Endocrine specialty practices as needed and offers the option for partial telework depending on practice needs and individual preference. The ideal candidate is adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to an innovative, team-based model of care aligned with Bold.Forward. strategic priorities.
